If you have made your booking directly through the official website of Beach Mate Resorts, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link through which you can make any changes you need. If you need assistance, you can contact our team at reservas@beachmateresorts.com
The terms for modifying or cancelling a booking will always depend on the rate contracted. Some rates allow changes or cancellations free of charge up to a certain date, while others may have more restrictive conditions or may not allow modifications.
If you made your booking through a travel agency or an external platform, any modification or cancellation must be managed directly with your provider.
We recommend checking your booking confirmation email, where you will find the specific terms applicable. To speed up any process, please have your booking number handy at all times.
Beach Mate Resorts offers different types of rates to suit the needs of every traveller.
Depending on the accommodation, season and availability, you may find semi-flexible rates, non-refundable rates, pay-on-arrival rates with free cancellation, as well as special offers and promotions.
Not all rates are available at all accommodations or for all dates. During the booking process you can check the terms of each option before confirming your stay.
If you need an invoice, you can request it directly at the accommodation during your stay or after it has ended.
To speed up the process, we recommend providing your booking number and the tax details that should appear on the invoice.

- 4-star hotels: Flamingo Beach Mate and Oasis Lanz Beach Mate, ideal for those seeking an experience with full services and 24-hour reception.
- Holiday homes: Atlantic Garden Beach Mate apartments, perfect for enjoying greater independence and comfort during your stay. Playa Blanca Beach Mate private villas, designed for those seeking privacy, space and a private pool.
- Country houses: Las Casas del Chorro Beach Mate, an ideal option for discovering the nature and the most authentic essence of La Gomera.
Each accommodation offers a different experience so you can choose the one that best suits your way of travelling.

If you have a promotional code, you can enter it during the booking process on the official website.
Promotional codes are usually valid only for bookings made through the official website and are subject to specific terms.
Gift vouchers are not redeemed as a promotional code. To use them, you must follow the instructions indicated on the voucher itself.

At our hotels, the usual times are:
- Check-out: Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: until 12:00 AM.
At our holiday accommodations these times may vary depending on the establishment.We recommend always checking your booking confirmation and the access information you will receive before your arrival, usually via WhatsApp or email.
To check in you will need to present a valid ID or passport for all guests, in accordance with current regulations.
To speed up your arrival, we recommend completing online check-in before you travel.
At our holiday accommodations, online check-in is mandatory and must be completed in advance of the arrival date. Once completed, you will receive all the necessary information to access your accommodation.
If you expect to arrive later than usual, we would be grateful if you could let us know your approximate arrival time. This will allow us to offer you a better service.
At our hotels Flamingo Beach Mate and Oasis Lanz Beach Mate, reception is open 24 hours, so you can check in at any time.At our holiday accommodations, access is independent. Before your arrival you will receive all the necessary instructions to access your accommodation comfortably, even if you arrive during the night.

Yes. Although Beach Mate Resorts does not have its own transfer service, our team can help you book this service with partner companies so that your arrival is organised in advance.
If you wish to book a transfer, we recommend requesting it before your trip to guarantee availability.

During your stay
It will depend on the type of holiday you wish to enjoy and the accommodation you have chosen.
In the Canaries, hiring a car is usually an excellent option to discover each island with greater freedom and to access places of great interest.If you are staying at Las Casas del Chorro Beach Mate, having a vehicle is practically essential, both for getting to the accommodation and for exploring the island of La Gomera.
In the rest of our accommodations, located in tourist areas with beaches, restaurants, shops and activities close by, the decision to hire a car will depend on your travel plans.
If you wish to hire a vehicle before your arrival, our team will be happy to advise you.
At Flamingo Beach Mate and Oasis Lanz Beach Mate we have a space where you can store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Additionally, while waiting for your room to be ready or for your flight departure, you can continue to enjoy the hotel’s common areas.
At our holiday accommodations we do not have a physical reception, so it is currently not possible to offer this service.
If you wish to request a cot or high chair for a baby, an adapted room for guests with reduced mobility, inform us of a food allergy or intolerance, or any other special need related to your stay, we recommend indicating this during the booking process or contacting us well in advance.
Our team will do their best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and the characteristics of each accommodation.

Most of the Beach Mate Resorts accommodations have a swimming pool so you can enjoy the excellent climate of the Canary Islands all year round.
Currently, the following have a pool:
- Flamingo Beach Mate: one outdoor pool for adults and one for children.
- Oasis Lanz Beach Mate: with several outdoor pools for adults and families.
- Atlantic Garden Beach Mate: with several pools distributed around the complex.
- Playa Blanca Beach Mate: where each villa has a private pool for exclusive use.
Las Casas del Chorro Beach Mate, being a rural accommodation integrated into a natural environment, does not have a pool. You will find detailed information about the facilities of each accommodation on its corresponding page.
If you wish to enjoy a moment of relaxation during your holiday, some of our accommodations offer specific wellness services.
At Flamingo Beach Mate you will find Magma Spa & Wellness, a space dedicated to rest featuring a water circuit, treatments and a wide range of massages. We recommend booking your treatment in advance or during your stay to guarantee availability.
At Oasis Lanz Beach Mate you can enjoy a massage and wellness treatment service provided by external professional therapists. Treatments are carried out at the accommodation itself and bookings are managed directly at reception.
Currently, the rest of our accommodations do not offer this type of service.
The dining offer varies depending on the accommodation.
Flamingo Beach Mate
- Buffet breakfast is included in all bookings, with a few exceptions.
- It has a Pool Bar and Lobby Bar, where you can enjoy drinks, snacks and a selection of dishes throughout the day.
Oasis Lanz Beach Mate
- Buffet breakfast is included in all bookings, with a few exceptions.
- It offers a dinner buffet. This can be booked as part of the Half Board package or purchased independently during your stay.
- It also has a Pool Bar.
Atlantic Garden Beach Mate
- The complex has a Pool Bar, available to all visitors.
Holiday accommodations, such as Playa Blanca Beach Mate and Las Casas del Chorro Beach Mate, do not have common area services. We recommend checking the specific page of each accommodation for dining opening times.
All our holiday accommodations have an equipped kitchen to offer you greater independence during your stay.
This includes:
- Atlantic Garden Beach Mate.
- Playa Blanca Beach Mate.
- Las Casas del Chorro Beach Mate.
In addition, some room types at Flamingo Beach Mate and Oasis Lanz Beach Mate also have an equipped kitchen. The rest of the rooms have a small fridge and kettle.We recommend checking the description of the room you have chosen to find out its specific equipment.
Yes. All Beach Mate Resorts accommodations offer free WiFi connection for their guests.
On arrival you will find all the necessary information to connect to the accommodation’s WiFi network.
Parking options vary depending on the accommodation.
- Flamingo Beach Mate has private parking, subject to availability, prior reservation and additional cost.
- Oasis Lanz Beach Mate has private parking, subject to availability, prior reservation and additional cost.
- Playa Blanca Beach Mate has private parking at each villa.
- Atlantic Garden Beach Mate does not have its own parking, although you can park on the streets near the complex.
- Las Casas del Chorro Beach Mate has a free outdoor parking area for its guests.
Flamingo Beach Mate and Oasis Lanz Beach Mate have adapted rooms and facilities designed to facilitate the stay of guests with reduced mobility.
At our holiday accommodations, accessibility conditions may vary depending on the unit and its features.
